A collaborative event tied to UNKNOWN/ASIA ART EXCHANGE OSAKA 2019 will kick off in Nakazakicho. A collaborative event between “UNKNOWN ASIA”—an international art fair based in Osaka celebrating its 5th anniversary this year—and One-O Co., Ltd., a company specializing in brand PR and fashion events, will be held in Nakazakicho on Friday, April 27.

The project launching in April is titled “THE STORIES.” The name embodies our desire to make Nakazakicho more exciting through the art and ideas presented across three floors (stories).

■ THE STORIES: First Installment – THE STORIES of UNKNOWN ASIA ■

We’re hosting an omnibus exhibition featuring over 20 creators who have previously exhibited at “UNKNOWN ASIA,” which is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year. Artworks and merchandise will be displayed and sold across all floors of “THE STORIES.” It will be a special 10-day event during which participating creators will take turns being present at the venue!

This is a reception celebrating the opening of THE STORIES and the launch of its special exhibition. It will be an opportunity to interact with the artists participating in the omnibus exhibition and to meet creators active primarily in Osaka. Everyone is welcome to attend.
